Artificial Intelligence-powered virtual assistants can help Marketers to understand and analyse data in no time

In today’s business world, data is everything. Marketers need to be able to understand and analyse data quickly and efficiently in order to make the best decisions for their company. However, sifting through mountains of data can be time-consuming and difficult.

This is where an AI-powered virtual assistant can be extremely helpful. By understanding and analysing data, a virtual assistant can provide insights that would otherwise be unavailable. This can help marketers to make better decisions about their marketing campaigns, target audiences, and more.

A virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence can help marketers with a variety of tasks, from customer service to data analysis.

This can free up time for marketers to focus on other aspects of their job, such as strategy and creativity.

In today’s competitive landscape, having an AI-powered virtual assistant is becoming increasingly important.

Marketers who are able to utilise this technology will have a significant advantage over those who do not.

Projecting virtual assistants to marketers

In order to keep up with the competition, every marketer needs to be able to analyze data quickly and efficiently. This can be a daunting task, especially if you’re not particularly skilled with computers or working with large amounts of data. However, there is hope — different companies/individuals are working on developing various artificial intelligence (AI) powered virtual assistants that can help marketers understand and analyze data in no time!

The one I Have developed

Marketers BOT

I also have been working on an AI-powered virtual assistant for Marketers. The sector I have chosen is Telecommunication. I have created my own fictitious data and made an AI-powered agent to help marketers and the general public to know about the company. My fictitious company name is XYZ .pvt .ltd.

About my fictitious company:

Its main aim is to connect people worldwide without any interruptions, it also has a slogan connecting people worldwide. My company offers various services like International calling, Domestic Calling, Mobile internet, etc. It is currently present in five states, New Delhi, Haryana, Chennai, Kolkata and Tamil Nadu.

About my AI-powered virtual Assistant:

Its name is Marketers BOT. It is an Artificial Intelligence powered Assistant created by Aryan Bajaj, i.e., me. It has been made to understand your organisation's data and help you with Marketing studies to increase the sales like segmentation, marketing mix and also give status about customer retention rate and many more.

USP — it is not like anyone from the general public and staff can ask confidential questions like net profits, segments etc. Each and every staff member is restricted to using a few sets of features. For example:

Marketers BOT: Would you like me to connect with the company’s database?

User: Yes

Marketers BOT: Thank you for the permission. Could you please tell me the access code?

User: 1310

Marketers BOT: Thank you master Aryan, please wait for a second, connecting to the company’s database

Marketers BOT: Connected, Thank you for your patience. How can I help you today?

Having access to this kind of information and advice would be invaluable for any marketer — it could give you the edge you need to succeed in today’s cutthroat business world. So if you’re looking for a way to streamline your data analysis and prediction process, be sure to check out Marketers BOT — it just might be the answer you’ve been seeking.

The best part is everything is voice recognised, hence it will save typing time.

Types of artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistants

There are currently two types of artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistants: rule-based and learning-based.

Rule-based virtual assistants are programmed to complete specific tasks by following a set of rules. For example, a rule-based virtual assistant might be programmed to respond to customer service inquiries by providing a set list of answers to common questions.

Learning-based virtual assistants are powered by machine learning algorithms. These algorithms allow the virtual assistant to learn from past interactions and improve its performance over time. For example, a learning-based virtual assistant might be able to provide more personalized responses to customer service inquiries after learning about the customer’s preferences and past interactions.

Marketers BOT is right now the combination of both i.e., Rule-based & Learning based.

A few commands like asking for access code is a type of a rule-based command and predictions & insights are learning-based.

Pros and cons of using a virtual assistant

There are plenty of advantages that come with using a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. For starters, you don’t have to worry about them taking a sick day or going on vacation because they’re always available. You also don’t have to provide them with health insurance or other benefits. And because they can work 24/7, you can get more work done in a shorter amount of time.

On the downside, however, there is the cost. AI-powered virtual assistants are not cheap and you will need to have a significant budget to afford one. Additionally, they can be quite temperamental and if you don’t know how to manage them properly, they can quickly become uncooperative.

How to get started with a virtual assistant?

In the past few years, virtual assistants have become more and more popular as they offer a convenient way to get things done without having to hire a human assistant. However, with the recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), virtual assistants are now capable of much more than just handling simple tasks.

Nowadays, AI-powered virtual assistants can help marketers understand and analyse data in no time, making them an indispensable tool for modern marketing teams. Here’s how you can get started with using a virtual assistant for your marketing needs:

Want to have your own AI-powered virtual assistant?

No problem, but, before proceeding you need to keep a few things in mind like:

1. Decide what tasks you’d like your virtual assistant to handle. This could include tasks such as conducting market research, collecting data from various sources, or even creating reports and presentations.

2. Once you’ve decided on the tasks you’d like your virtual assistant to handle, it’s time to find the right AI-powered platform or software to use or you can use your own favourite coding language and can start coding as I did. There are many options available on the market, so be sure to do your research before settling on one.

3. Once you’ve found the right platform or software for your needs, it’s simply a matter of training your virtual assistant to perform the tasks you’ve set for it. This usually involves providing the virtual assistant with some basic instructions and examples of how you’d like the task to be carried out.

4. After your virtual assistant has been trained, you can start putting it to work on your marketing tasks. You’ll be amazed at how much time and effort you can save by using a virtual assistant to handle some of your marketing tasks.
